Rank tracking, plus the check almost nobody runs: is the page even on Google?
A page Google has not listed cannot rank, and no ranking report tells you which of yours those are. Aeoly checks every week, and puts the answer next to the traffic.
Your own accounts, read-only
Clicks, impressions, average position and conversions, for the whole site and for every page, pulled from your own Search Console and Analytics. Connected by the same Google sign-in that creates the account, and read-only: Aeoly never writes to them.
Indexing, checked with Google's own tool
Where Search Console is connected, Aeoly uses Google's URL Inspection to ask whether a page is listed and, when it is not, why. That is a free answer straight from the source, and it is the one that explains most of the pages that quietly earn nothing.
- New pages are submitted to Bing, Yandex, Naver and Seznam the moment they publish, through IndexNow
- The trend matters more than the number: pages listed this week against last is what shows a problem arriving
Whether the AI answers cite you
Google's AI Overviews sit above the results on a growing share of searches. Aeoly checks whether they cite you, and who they cite instead when they do not, because that is a click you are now competing for without a blue link.
Questions
- Which Google permissions do you ask for?
- Read-only access to Search Console and Analytics for the properties you choose, granted in the same consent step as sign-in. Nothing is written back.
- How often do ranks update?
- Weekly, alongside the index check, so the two can be read together rather than in separate tools.
