Keyword research that ends in a publishing schedule, not a spreadsheet
The research is the easy half. The half that stalls is turning 400 keywords into a decision about what to publish on Tuesday. Aeoly scores them, groups them and puts them on a calendar.
Volume, difficulty and what the searcher wants
For every keyword: how many people search for it, how hard the first page looks, and what kind of answer wins there. Intent is the one that decides the shape of the article, and it is the one most tools leave you to infer from the title.
- Keywords are grouped into topics, so one page can own a cluster rather than five thin pages splitting it
- Each group is slotted into the calendar, which is what turns research into a plan
- Your existing pages are read first, so the plan covers the gaps rather than what you already rank for
The brief buys the research once
A brief does one lookup of the Google results and stores it. The draft written from that brief, every rewrite of it, and the checks that follow all read the stored copy. Paying for the same search results three times is the most common way an SEO tool quietly runs up a bill.
The top 20, not the top 100
When Aeoly looks up a keyword it fetches the first 20 results. The top 100 costs about five times as much and rarely changes the answer to the only question a brief is asking: what does the page that wins this search actually cover?
Questions
- Where does the keyword data come from?
- From a search data provider, with the request made once per brief and stored. Without a provider key configured the product runs on fixtures, so you can see the whole flow before spending anything.
- Can I add my own keywords?
- Yes. Anything you add is scored and scheduled the same way as the ones Aeoly proposes.
